Alpine Skiing, Cross Country Skiing and Snowboarding - The ski area peaks at 4,004 feet, and has a vertical drop of 2,020 feet with 52 groomed trails and 12 lifts.
Terrain Parks - You will find four terrain parks located on the mountain, available for you to either work on or just show off your skills. Exhibition Park is used for training by athletes competing in events around the globe and is home to several competitions throughout the season.
Kid’s Kamps – (Reservations are recommended) - Kamps make skiing and snowboarding fun for all ability levels. Kid’s Kamps are conveniently located in the ski area base lodge and include lessons, rentals, and lunch.
Waterville Valley Adaptive Sports – (Reservations are required) - WVAS offers disabled people of all athletic participate in adaptive skiing and other recreational opportunities throughout the year.
Ice Skating - The indoor ice arena is located in the center of Town Square. The Ice Arena operates a daily schedule of events, including public skating, hockey hour, and figure skating.
Snowshoeing - If you enjoy hiking, you will love snowshoeing! Waterville Valley has 40 miles of well-marked trails for you to explore.
Restaurants and Nightlife - No need to drive! Waterville Valley has dining and entertainment options just footsteps from the Golden Eagle Lodge.
Shopping - Be sure to save some time to browse through the unique shops and pick up a special gift or a souvenir. All shops are conveniently located in the Town Square. The kids will want to see The Rey Center and Curious George Cottage.
The Town Recreation Department offers a full slate of daily activities for all ages, including rock climbing, art programs, and family activities.
